Healthcare Management Insight provides healthcare administrators and clinicians with information about software tools and related management techniques that they can use to measure, analyze and improve the financial and clinical performance of their hospitals and health systems. Healthcare Management Insight articles educate readers about advanced techniques in decision support and clinical process improvement and describe the lessons learned from successful implementations at other healthcare organizations. Healthcare Management Insight articles also provide guidance to readers about the complex process of selecting and implementing software for a range of management applications including executive scorecards, physician performance reports, budgeting, cost accounting, service line analysis, quality tracking, statistical process control, managed care contract management, labor productivity analysis and comparative benchmarking.
Guidelines
Articles should be 1,000 to 2,000 words in length and should be submitted in WORD format. Use of subheadings to help readers navigate the article is strongly encouraged. Commercialization

Excessive commercial references or self-promotion may result in rejection of an article or proposal. However, in the interest of providing readers with complete information, specific products or services used in the course of a project should be identified if they were important to achieving the results and benefits of the project.

Authors will be identified with a byline on published articles.
